The Flying Cupcake bakery has several physical locations in and around Indy. They make absolutely outstanding cupcakes. And, they also have a few cupcake food trucks. It’s the perfect truck to stop by after you grab lunch (or dinner) at one of Indy’s great food trucks. I’ve caught up to The Flying Cupcake food truck a few times at Cluster Trucks, a gathering of several food trucks at one location. I keep up on up-coming food truck outings on the Indy Food Truck Alliance’s web page.
Service from the Flying Cupcake food truck is always with a smile, and you will always get an absolutely beautiful, moist, tasty cupcake. You can’t miss the truck, either. It definitely stands out in a crowd!
Anita loves the Red Velvet Elvis, which is a red velvet cupcake with chocolate pieces, topped with a super creamy cream cheese icing and white chocolate. They have lots of varieties of yummy cupcakes – one for everyone!
We rate The Flying Cupcake food truck very high on the ‘Mater Rater. It’s always on our must-visit-food-truck-list.
I love my Indianapolis food trucks. Sometimes they come and go, sometimes they turn into brick-and-mortar restaurants, sometimes their names change, and sometimes they last and last, serving up good food every time. Check out my favorites: Big Ron’s Bistro, Byrne’s Grilled Pizza, Chef Dan’s Southern Comfort, Citizen Hash, Cutie Pies, Der Pretzel Wagen, Droopy’s, KG Slider Station, Little Eataly, Mac Genie, R & R Extreme Wings, Rollin Wit Da Roux, Serendipity, The Flying Cupcake, NY Slice and Groovy Guys Fries.
