I’m a fan of the special sauce on Big Macs, but Nancy’s special burger sauce takes the idea to a new level. I pan-fried a few patties and made some straight-forward burgers, slathering the buns with Nancy’s special burger sauce that has a great kick thanks to sriracha. If you don’t have pickle relish on hand, add diced jalapenos. Or, substitute jalapenos even if you do have pickle relish on hand.
I make a huge batch of Nancy’s Special Burger sauce and keep it on hand. Slather it on cold cut sandwiches, grilled cheese sandwiches, paninis, hot dogs… You name it. Heck, dip fries in it. Potato chips. Everything you can get your hands on.
Nancy's Special Burger Sauce
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon ketchup
- 1 teaspoon yellow mustard
- 1 teaspoon pickle relish or substitute diced roasted jalapenos
- 1 teaspoon Sriracha or substitute your favorite hot sauce
- 1 teaspoon white wine vinegar
- Combine all ingredients.
