Basic BBQ Rub

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Sugar in the Raw
  • 1/2 cup Kosher salt
  • 3 tablespoons chili powder use hot for extra kick
  • 3 tablespoons paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon or lime pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon finely ground coffee not instant

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients.
  • Store in an airtight container for up to 6 months.
