  • 1 tablespoon sweet paprika
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon celery seed


Makes enough for 3-4 pounds of poultry

  • Combine all ingredients. Store in an air-tight container for up to 6 months.
