Copycat Firehouse Hook and Ladder Sub
I wouldn't mess with the mix of mayonnaise and spicy mustard. I think it was my favorite part.

8 inch sub roll 2 ounces smoked turkey breast thinly sliced deli meat 2 ounces honey roasted ham thinly sliced deli meat 1 ½ ounces monterey jack cheese thinly sliced 1 ½ tablespoons mayonnaise 2 teaspoons spicy mustard 1 ounce romaine lettuce shredded 1 ounce onion thinly sliced
Pre-heat oven to 350 F.
Split the sub roll lengthwise and top the bottom slice with the meats and cheese. Toast both bread halves for a few minutes, until the cheese is just starting to melt.
Combine the mayonnaise and mustard. Slather on the top bun.
Add the lettuce and onion. Serve.
