Ingredients
For the cilantro lime vinaigrette

lime juice

vegetable oil
or canola oil

honey

seeded, minced

fresh cilantro
loosely packed, chopped

For the salad

rinsed and drained

fresh cilantro

Cilantro lime vinaigrette (from above)
Instructions
Prepare the vinaigrette by placing all ingredients into a bowl and whisking well. You can also puree them in a blender.
Make the salad by combining all ingredients and tossing to coat.
Notes
Give the salad another stir before serving.
