For the lettuce mixture

Instructions
For the po' boy
Cut the French bread in half horizontally.
Add the sliced tomato, cooked crab cakes and the lettuce mixture.
Devour
For the lettuce mixture
Place all ingredients in a medium bowl and fold to combine.
