ground beef

green bell pepper
seeded, chopped

ketchup

envelopes
Sloppy Joes seasoning mix

brown sugar

teaspoon
prepared mustard

Instructions
Brown the meat in a large skillet over medium-high heat, breaking it apart as it cooks. Drain any excess grease.
Add the bell pepper, ketchup, Sloppy Joe seasoning mix and mustard to a large slow cooker that has been sprayed lightly with non-stick spray.
Add the cooked beef and stir well.
Cover and cook on low for 4 hours, stirring occasionally.
Serve over buns (toasted if desired).
Notes
Also great served open-faced over Texas toast.
