Your favorite BBQ seasoning
Instructions
Place the ribs into a vacuum bag and seal.
Sous vide at 140 F for 22 hours.
Fire up your smoker for 275 F. Use any wood you like. I used apple for a lighter smoke.
Smoke for 1 hour.
Serve as desired.
Notes
Use bone-in ribs for the best results.
