Ingredients

  • 3 pound corned beef along with the spice packet

Instructions

  • Heat a water bath to 180 F.
  • Rinse the corned beef and pat dry.
  • Sprinkle the spice packet over all sides.
  • Transfer to a large baggie and seal with a vacuum sealer.
  • Place in the water bath and cook for 10 hours.
  • Remove from the water bath and let rest for 15 minutes.
  • Remove the corned beef from the bag, discarding the liquid.
  • Slice the corned beef against the grain.
