French bread

extra-virgin olive oil

Gorgonzola
sliced very thin

tablespoons
honey
more or less
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 F.
Cut bread into thin slices.
Brush bread with oil and place onto a baking pan. Bake about 10 minutes or until the bread is golden.
Top bread with cheese and bake another 3 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
Serve drizzled with honey.
Notes
You can also use regular blue cheese.
