Instructions
Combine the slaw mix, green pepper and onion in a large bowl.
Whisk together the remaining ingredients and pour over the vegetables.
Toss to coat.
Refrigerate for 1 hour.
Toss lightly before serving.
Notes
Add a little diced jalapeno for a nice kick!
