tomato paste

light corn syrup
I used honey instead

white vinegar
try red wine vinegar for a really great twist!

celery seed
more, or less (optional, but adds fantastic flavor)

water

sugar

kosher salt

onion powder

garlic powder
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a saucepan over medium heat.
Bring to a boil then reduce to a simmer. Cover partially and simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Remove from heat and let cool completely before refrigerating.
Ketchup gets even better the next day.
