butter
kosher salt

ground black pepper

chili without beans
warmed. Chili with beans is great too!

cheddar cheese

Instructions
Split potatoes open and add one tablespoon of butter to each.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Add chili, cheese, and sour cream and top with green onions.
Notes
Don't be afraid to add a little minced jalapeno, too.
