WOULD LIKE TO FIND OUT ABOUT ALL TYPES OF MEATS THAT I CAN COOK WITHOUT GRILLING PLEASE HELP.
Hi. Have you tried Googling for recipes? I think you’ll find plenty that do not require grilling. I also have plenty on this site.
This link below to Google will get you started.

how can i get acook book
Hi! Just click on the two links in the middle of this page.
Life’s A Tomato Book of Char-Broil Big Easy is the title of the first eCookbook.
Life’s A Tomato Book of Chicken Wings is the title of the second.
The eCookbooks will download as PDF files, so you’ll need a reader such as Adobe Acrobat to read them.
Hope that helps,
Mike
The link doesn’t seem to be working?
Sorry about that! I have fixed the link. If you have any issues with it maybe try refreshing the page.
Regards and thanks for letting me know,
Mike
Do you always use the BIG EASY on high?
Hi! I have the Big Easy Oil-Less Fryer, whereas I think you have the Smoker/Roaster/Grill. My model has a single temperature: On. I believe that that is the same is your ‘High’.

Mike
I was wondering do you inject your turkey and what do you use

I have cooked Prine Rib in my Big Easy but I have the book that came with mine with all my notes. I have been using the big easy for 17 years. Great product but I do take my Prine Rib up at 115 degrees, wrap in aluminum foil and let stand about 30 minutes before I slice.
